Founded in March 2019 by Aaron and Lisa Ebner, Ebner Farms was born out of a simple mission: to raise a herd that produces the highest quality beef for our neighbors in Jefferson, GA. While our farm has grown to include a variety of animals, our focus remains on the integrity of our cattle.

Quality Over Quantity Because we operate on a select number of acres, we don’t aim to be the biggest—just the best. We source our calves from local farmers, then background and finish them right here on our pastures. Our cattle enjoy fresh grass supplemented with high-quality hay, minerals, and grain.
